Welcome to Aperanti Agrotourism. By making a reservation and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment or deposit. Guests are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.

Payments

Payment terms and methods will be communicated during the booking process. Any outstanding balance must be settled before or upon arrival unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the rate and booking conditions selected at the time of reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy provided in their booking confirmation.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are communicated before arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Guest Conduct

We kindly ask guests to respect the property, its facilities, neighbouring residents, and the peaceful atmosphere of the village. Any damage caused to the property or its contents may result in additional charges.

Experiences & Activities

Aperanti Agrotourism offers a variety of cultural, culinary, and outdoor experiences. Participation is voluntary and at the guest's own risk. Some experiences require advance booking and preparation. Availability may be subject to weather conditions, seasonality, minimum participant numbers, or other factors beyond our control. The minimum number of participants for experiences is generally two (2) people. Maximum capacity varies according to the experience and will not exceed twelve (12) participants.

Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of participating in any activities they choose to join. Any allergies, dietary requirements, or medical conditions should be communicated in advance where relevant.

Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, Aperanti Agrotourism shall not be held liable for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, accidents, injuries, delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
